Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with a Product and have reason to suspect it is defective, please contact us and we will do our best to make sure you are happy.  We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted:

  • after fourteen (14) days from the date upon which you received the Product;
  • on any Product that has been opened; 
  • on any Product that is no longer in an original /resalable condition; or 
  • on any tax, duty, fee, cost, expense, or anything other than the purchase price of the Product itself.


To start a return, email hello@touchnglam.com with the below information, or request return in store. We’ll process your return as quickly as possible.

  • Order Number
  • Item(s) to be Returned
  • Date of Order
  • Your Full Name
  • Your Full Address and Phone Number

We will contact you once we received the return request, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Pack your products into the original box and drop off at your local carrier for shipment. 

Please note: We do not issue pre-paid return labels; sender is responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping method must include tracking.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, please allow up to 14 business days for returns processing. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note: gift cards are are non-refundable or transferable.
